Please complete the form below based on the details and team size you are registering for. Once submitted you will be directed to a payment form where you will select the number of players you are paying for and can add 2 mulligans and 2 Extra Throws per player.

We believe a long-term, trusting relationship is the best means of bringing hope to a young person and the best conduit for the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. Our mission is with the least and the lost: those experiencing relational poverty, some form of substance abuse, and many other daily struggles.
